01. The Challenge & Solution

Unicorn Logistics provide same day courier services across the UK with an Express dedicated fleet available 24/7. Trusted by the BBC and the NHS, they serve industries that range from Film & Production to Medical & Healthcare. They approached our marketing team at Social Kite to help them conduct a refresh of their branding, while developing a new, more functional, and responsive website.

02. Working Process

We started the branding process by looking at the existing issues and bugs that affected the functionality and overall user experience of the website. We worked closely with Unicorn Logistics to design a website that would efficaciously showcase the volume of services offered. After creating a new logo in line with the new brand’s direction, we focused on simplifying the contents and the booking process. This resulted in a fresher, transparent, and more appealing website, in which responsiveness on all devices was simply a necessity.

Social Kite found that email marketing and paid search ads could help the client strengthen the business brand identity. We then launched our monthly newsletter to promote sustainable customer relationships and support retention. After completing a thorough analysis of their top competitors across the UK, we developed a PPC optimization strategy based on brand term bidding.
