Unicorn Office Space were launching Brunswick House — a refurbished workspace in Leigh offering private offices, professional meeting rooms and a flexible event space called The Exchange.
They needed everything from scratch: a brand that felt premium and trustworthy, a website that showcased every space available, and crucially a way for businesses to book offices, meeting rooms and tours online — without the on-site team drowning in manual admin.
Behind the scenes, they needed a system to manage suite availability, handle enquiries and track which spaces were let, available or coming soon — all in one place.
